Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information required for the transaction, proceed with the purchase or rental process within the reservation period, and cooperate with the Agency and relevant parties to finalise the transaction.

Agency Responsibilities
The Agency agrees to reserve the Property during the reservation period, assist the Client in coordinating the next steps of the transaction, and provide available documentation related to the Property when applicable.

Cancellation
The reservation may be cancelled if the Client chooses not to proceed, the reservation period expires, or the Property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Agency's control.

Limitation of Liability
The Agency shall not be liable for decisions made by the property owner or developer, changes in market conditions, or delays caused by third parties involved in the transaction.
Important Notice

Signing the reservation confirms your intention to proceed with the property transaction and temporarily secures the property for you. This reservation does not replace the final rental or purchase contract (Title deed). The final transaction will be subject to the applicable regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the relevant authorities responsible for real estate transactions.
